Shannon has always been fascinated by animals and has worked with a range of species over the years including cats at the RSPCA, sheep during the lambing seasons, and buffalo in South Africa.
Shannon entered the register of veterinary nurses in 2018 after studying at the University Centre Sparsholt for 3 years on their degree course. She has a keen interest in the hands on, medical side of nursing and particularly enjoys the Schedule 3 surgical procedures that are delegated.
Her evenings are mostly spent unwinding with her cat Blue and staffie Dottie!
